Wisconsin Gun deer season

I saw fresh tracks in the snow on opening day.

I harvested a very nice well would have been a 8 but was fighter so he was six pointer. Then took a nice meat doe so the freezer is full. I have one more doe tag and may try to go out with the 240 Raptor and get a deer for the food pantry.

I saw over 40 deer through out the season.

The buck was harvested with 375 GNR#2 with (this one is for you Whit) 250 WFN moving out at 2100 FPS it worked splendidly. Took the big buck through the boiler oops 10 yard half circle lights out.

The doe was harvested with a 30-30 Barnes X 150 Gr FP from a brass receiver 30-30.

Now I want to fill the last tag using my handgun.
