How did I do??

Picked up an old style contender with Pachmayer grips, 10" 223 and 30-30 barrels yesterday with a Tasco silver 1.5x4 scope for a shade under $500. I aint real crazy about the silver scope but it was with the deal. I may sell the scope and purchase a blued one of some type.

sounds about right...........if ya figure $200 for the action n grips, and $125 for each barrel.

Fuzzy is a good fella. I've gone on a few hunting trips with him. Iffin you ever talk to him again...ask him about the Yanks that defended the pond from a group of attacking cur dogs on the first 3C's hunt!

I talk to Fuzzy just about every day. We have known each other for close to 25 years now, since we both worked for the city. He has told me of the curs. I have been trying to make it back to Millen but have been unsuccessful. I was one of the founding members of that hunt club in the early 90's, Fuzzy liked it so much he joined and has been there ever since. I am planing on joining back up next year if the kids schedules permit it. I'll tell him you asked about him.
