what is a good holster for the encore 15" w/ scope? Where to buy? Im looking to spend <$100.

Josh, try E. A. Brown (EABCO) at EABCO you'll find what you're looking for and they're good people too.

I use a Uncle Mikes #13 scoped Bandolier style holster. For 14-16" Encores. Wears across back or chest. About $60-65 at a retailer near you. You can also order direct off "Michaels of Oregon" website. Shop around, you may get it cheaper.

I saw this same holster on Ebay for about $47 plus shipping. That was abuy now price and think it was a Ebay store too.
