Ordering an HS Precision...any advice? - 11/30/2005 3:10 AM
OK guys getting ready to order an HS Precision varmint model pistol in 260 rem. Going with a 15" tube and a stock in Spruce with black spiderweb. Any advice or things I should consider regarding this pistol? Planning to order on my Thursday morning, your Wednesday afternoon (I'm currently stationed overseas) and hope to be able to pick it up next Sept or Oct. Thanks.

Good Choice!!! You will like the 260. the matte finish and the sprucegreen/black web should look good also. Are you ordering direct or going thru a dealer? It's good to have another HS shooter among the ranks. Stay safe and thanks for the job you are doing overseas.

My new HS was shipped Monday, after waiting 11 months 1 week. I hope that it is worth the wait for I could have built another custom xp for less and had it within 3 months.
