CVA Scout v2 scope recommendation - 11/03/2019 1:02 AM

Looking for scope ideas for my new 6.5 Creedmoor Scout. Plan to use it for deer at ranges up to 200 yards

Any ideas!

Nikon Force XR 2.5-8x28mm. It?s built tough enough to handle even the heaviest recoil, won?t lose its zero, and has an easy to map ballistic reticle. It?s what I use on all my 100 yard and beyond setups.

Ernie, I, and I?m sure several other specialty pistol shooters (maybe not on this site) use rifle scopes on our pistols. You just back off the scope and center the the field of view in the middle of the ocular lens.

I have photos of the sight picture. But, it?s a pain to load them in threads on this site.

Ernie wrote an article on how to do it. Maybe he can attach a link here.
