Used XP100 Price Check

I have a chance to buy a new looking Rem xp100, 14" tapered .223 single shot, center grip factory stock cut for peep, with a Burris 10X Adjustable Objective scope on it. I can get it for $450.00 OTD. Is this a no brainer?
My intended use would be coyote/assorted varmints.

I work Saturdays at a gunshop. I had to pass up a MINT T/C Contender in .44 mag with a T/C variable scope, in the original box, for $300.00. It was right before Christmas and I just didn't have the extra cash, nor did I want to hire a divorce attorney!

Unless someone bought it after I left yesterday (very possible), I'll have the XP tomorrow morning. I believe it is one of the original "Varmint Special" run of 14 3/4" barreled single shot center grips. Wish me luck!

Argggh...they sold it right before closing time after I left for $350!! Man was it nice.

The scope was worth half that!!!!WOW!! an XP for about $200!! That's a steal!!!
