Looking for a good starting point for loading 180 grain XTPs for my Model 28 S & W. Any suggestions? Oh, for hunting Whitetail!

The standard starting load from Hornady's manual should be fine. If you have any questions I would most certainly give them a call!

I have been using H110 in my .44's and have that on hand. I wouldn't mind starting with that. Looks like about 13 gr. would be where I would start using H110.

That's what my manual says, and max is ony 1/2 grain more.

Lil Gun and Hornady 180's shot great in my S&W 27.
