UltraDot will. Some of the Tascos will. Anything with an adjustabe reticle, multi-dot or multi-color won't as they have a long turret to handle the extra switch.
Rod, too.
Short cuts often lead to long recoveries.

I have a Bisley Hunter and have found that my Ultradot 30, despite its size, does not fit between the factory ring space. The space between the rings is quite narrow and probably better suited to a scope for that reason. I ended up getting a Weigand base which mounts to the factory ring scalops and I used Ultradot's rings.

I did the same as Whit and it is a good strong mount on my gun at least.

Hmmm...I thought that I had seen a photo on the bragging board with an Ultradot mounted on a Blackhawk Hunter. I tracked it down and it looks to me like it was mounted directly to the barrel using Ruger rings: Hopefully MIHunter will chime in...

I take that back, it was an Ultradot 4 that I was trying to fit on the Hunter model. I didn't have a spare 30 for it. Sorry for the confusion! Looks like it will fit fine with the Ruger rings.

Always a logical explanation!
I happened to remember that photo that MIHunter posted because I have always wanted a Bisley Hunter. Prior to MIHunter's post, I had never seen a Blackhawk "Hunter" rigged with an Ultradot. I thought that that would be the perfect combination for a rugged hunting revolver!

Yep an Ultra Dot 30 will fit just fine with the Ruger rings. There's not a lot of room to spare but it fits.

Where did you find the Ruger rings in 30mm? How much were they?

Where did you find the Ruger rings in 30mm? How much were they? You can buy direct from Ruger. MidwayUSA also carries them, and cheaper, as well as the Leupold rings for Rugers. They run about $60 or so a set.
Rod, too.

Where did you find the Ruger rings in 30mm? How much were they? If you have a set of the 1-inch (25mm) rings that came with the SRH, from what I understand, you can trade them back to Ruger for a set of the 30mm rings.

This is a purdy good assumption.....I have never traded for 30mm sets, but I have traded in two different sets for sets of different heights. All I did, in both occasions, was call Ruger and tell them what I needed. They give me an address to mail them to and said send a note stating what I needed. All it cost was shipment to them.
It takes 43 muscles to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger squeeze.

Same here. They did specify that my rings must be in new and re-saleable condition though.
