Just got this new shoulder/chest rig from 7X Leather, and to say that I am impressed would be a gross understatement! My 5 1/2-inch Bisley in .45 Colt is very happy in its new home. If you are in the market for a new shoulder/chest rig, you should seriously consider 7X Leather. This unit is very nicely made.

It looks very nice! I love that retention strap; secure and very quite to deploy.

It takes 43 muscles to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger squeeze.

I have been looking at the various chest holder rigs available and the 7X offering is one that I keep looking at. They advertise it as being easily adjustable, etc. I would like to get something that I can wear over a t-shirt all the way up to a heavy parka, does it live up to the advertising?

It does thus far. I just started playing with it but need to step on the gas a bit as the season is rapidly approaching.
