Depends on what pistol you are going to shoot it in. It is mostly loaded to the gills ammo. I would never shoot it in my trooper. I don't even like the sierra loads because they are so hot.
You need to ask why would you need it and is my pistol rated for that ammo.
This applies to any ammo you purchase. That is why they offer Ruger-only .45 Colt loads as well as mild SAA-type .45 Colt loads -- for example. It is on the warm side, but even their .454 Casull ammo is loaded to only 59,000 psi (the SAAMI max is 65,000 psi).
I have had ammo from Grizzly shoot under an inch (5-shots) at 50 yards. It's quality ammo.
