I just bought a used FA .454 and was wondering if it's ok to shoot .45 colts out of it in the .454 cylinder I just don't feel like spending 4-500 bucks for another cylinder if it's not needed.I've read that if you clean the chambers your fine and I've also read to never fire the shorter case in them

Clean REALLY good, I don't like cleaning them so I just load down in the 454 brass
