 Encore Price Question

Well I'm probably going to buy it, but I wanted some professional opinions.
In the local trader I noticed an add for a stainless encore in 7mm-08 with a 2x7 burris scope and TC mounts. It's priced at $500.00. I saw it in there last week at $650. He's looking to sell it quick.
That a good price?
Heck ya'll said it would happen. Barrels and stuff are like rabbits in my safe. I'm running out of room.

fer 5 bills....with a 2x7 burris on top.......you better grab it quick....before he changes his mind!  the gun alone would cost that new. add $250+ for a new 2x7 burris.

Get it quick! I paid $545 for my SS encore new out the door. The scope is worth $200, with the rings and base a little more.

That's a great price! But $450.00 would be even better!!!!!  If he's trying to get rid of it quick it can't hurt.

offer him $400 then work up from there to his asking price. you really have nothing to loose. People often list things higher then then they are relay willing to take. you can always lower the price but it is very hard to raise the price. even if you get it for $500 it is a good deal

That rig would've been my safe yesterday. What're you waiting for. If you can throw 4 Bens and a USG at him and he accepts then great, otherwise if it is in good condition jump on it. JMO!
