Just bagged my second handgun trophy from the same exact spot. First one was ten years ago almost to the day with my 44mag Super Redhawk;





This is the one from this week,




Lot of deer inbetween but these are my two best.

I harvested a cull this morning with my .460 that I WAS proud of until looking at those monsters. Man, those are outstanding kills for any weapon, but for a handgun--off the charts!

The 10 was about 80 yards and this years 8 came into 15 yards. Took him straight in the chest.

excellent, nice shooting... we got 6 inches of fresh snow overnite, I hunted late thinking thatthe deer would hole up and move in the pm... well they musta holed up somewhere cuz the woods was quiet all day... great buck

Great bucks! I'll bet that Red dot was nice at 15 yds as opposed to a scope & crosshairs. How is it at longer ranges?
