Anyone know of anybody or any company (Other than Uncle Mikes, Pistol Packaging and Quiet Hide) that manufactures OR can custom fabricate a holster for a scoped S&W 12" PC .460?

They'll fix you up right.

I think Galco makes one called the "Kodiak", but don't quote me on that.

Galco does make a BEAUTIFUL holster for the X-Frame but it's made for the 8 3/8" model. From the pictures on their site, I can see that the Kodiak Hunter model (open top/exposed scope) has an open muzzle and if that hole is large enough, I could carry my 12" gun like some carry an encore, with 3 or 4 inches of the barrel sticking out the end of the holster. I tried calling them this morning but I was on hold and didn't have time. I will try again tomorow and see what they think. I also wanted to check and see if they would be able to custom make a holster for me.

Try the S&W web site. They sell one for the 8 3/8 XVR version. They may have one for the 12" bl.(www.smithandwesson.com)

Unfortunately they don't. I looked there, then called them (knowing what I was going to hear). I got a "I'm not sure. I would probably say no."

It's a very uncommon gun so I think my only choices are limited by custom holster guys.

I looked on S&W web site and they make a holster for the PC 460 but not for a 12" bl. from what I saw.E mail them and see what they can do for you. The worst they can do is say no.

Thanks Tig! Looks like they make a superior product. Sent him an e-mail last night to see if he could put something together for me and I'm anxiously waiting for his reply.

liv2hnt460, this feller has some nice looking rigs. I don't own one or know anyone who does but, it looks like some quality work.

x2! Just got mine back from Dave, a custom holster for my custom S&W 29-2. Just great, extremely well crafted in Mossy Oak breakup and exactly to my specifications. Pricey compared to a standard Uncle Mike's but then again, you just can't compare them....QuiteHide Holsters will get more orders from me.
