there are ways around it, ATF told me the other day I can refuse to sell or deal with anyone I want. They said the normal discrimination stuff doesn't apply in firearms. The investigator told me that if some guy comes in with one leg shorter than the other and I don't like it, I don't have to sell or deal with him and they will back me up.
