You take it for what it's worth, I have killed a lot of big game with my .460 S&W ( Bears, Hawgs, Deer ) and I only use Barnes Bullets. I would use the .275 gr Barnes XPB they shoot really good groups in my gun, I have shot the .250gr and I didnt like their perfomace or the way they grouped, and this is just my opinion, others may love the 250's . I have taken shots out to 200yds with the .275 gr and killed Deer , one shot dead rite there!!! My son found a the bullet (.275gr Barnes) that I shot my buck with lodged in a small pine tree after going all the way thru the deer quarter toward me exited the rear ham and stuck in the tree, and the bullet looked like the commerical perfect mushroom all 4 pedals were in tact.
