If your taking it in for drilling of the mount holes you might have them do an action job while they are at, just make sure the guy is competent and has experience with the Rugers. The springs alone will make a huge difference but it's only half way to a full action job. The springs will drop the weight but the sear work is what will make it break clean without any creep. I really don't know who to recommend for just that work other than Jack Huntington and Bowen. I've had guns with so called action jobs in my shop from some of the hot shot shops in the handgun world and their work was crap. I'm having back surgery on Monday so I'm out of the loop right now but the action job is the one thing that will make the biggest difference in your shooting.
