It's fun to shoot also, Whit! Haven't had a chance to put it on paper yet, though.
I should remove the laser and set it next to your Signature Revolver and take pics; that would really be funny!

I have a NAA Black Widow in 22mag that lives in my front pocket. Its surprisingly accurate, and loves cci maxi mag. I can imagine long distance shots with that laser, say, maybe 100yds or so? Lol. All jokes aside, those are great revolvers, but you'll need a magnifying glass if you ever disassemble it.

Would it look any bigger if laying on a $1 bill? Cute gun.
Rod, too.
Short cuts often lead to long recoveries.

Great guys! Keep 'em coming! I'll have to defer that final decision until further penetration tests on Rattus rattus are completed and documented...

Gregg - if you can't gather enough data on game, you could always conduct penetration experiments with wet matchbooks...Perhaps with chicken wings interspersed to simulate "big" bone!
Very cool little piece!

All joking aside, my Magnum version with the 1 5/8" barrel clocks well over 1,000 fps with CCI +V's (30 gr) and penetrates 7-layers of soft body armor.
It ain't a toy.

Yes, the laser is marketed by NAA and was designed for the gun. It is way fun to shoot, and as of yet I haven't shot it on target. So far I have been shooting CCI Maxi Mag+V 30 grainers off the back deck (neighbors haven't complained yet, they know I am recuperating from knee surgery and figure that I am probably just bored.)
Probably the same load that 41magfan shoots; as he said it SURELY ain't no toy!
Of course it is one choice for a carry gun and it would sure be better than a knife! Holds five rounds. Not very quick to reload, however. You need to remove the cylinder.
I should send it to Rod for a trigger job; at 6 pounds it is a bit heavy.
Not braggin' or complainin', but I have about 3 Ben's in it total. I got discounts on both the gun and the laser.

I don't recognize the gun, but I do the bill. Those are the ones you keep in your wallet in case you have a breakdown along the road, or at you local gun shop ;^)
I have only handled one of those guns once, and it was a guy who told me it was for his wife to have when flyfishing. I could barely get the hammer back and the trigger pulled in any way that resembled natural. I told him I did not realize he hated his wife so much.
Looks like it will be a lot of fun......

Gregg,
I have two of the black widow models in 22 mag. As has been stated previously, the darn things are surprisingly accurate.
Never have used one very much, but do keep it loaded. Have been known to drop it into a pocket on occasion.
It's more important where you hit 'em, than what you hit 'em with.

To use flyfishing, for what? To dispatch that monster trout! Or the moose that is sharing the stream with you.

When I was a cop, I carried this one for 25 yrs as a BUG to my BUG. Since I can only get one of my ham-handed fingers around the grip frame, this Hogue rubber grip sleeve has proven to be the cat's meow.

To use flyfishing, for what? To dispatch that monster trout! Or the moose that is sharing the stream with you. Around here, the only risk flyfishing (besides falling in) would be miscreants. Maybe a snake in the rocks getting to the river. I tend to not get into people's business when it comes to personal protection choices, but I do remember thinking cute, small and handy does not necessarily equate to best choice for a novice (his wife). The one he showed me was gawd awful to get the hammer back, and the trigger nub was very heavy. Sound's like Gregg's is better. I keep putting these little mini's on my looks like it would fun to have list, but I think if I do get one, I will look for the FA and belt buckle "holster". Craig

Since I can only get one of my ham-handed fingers around the grip frame, this Hogue rubber grip sleeve has proven to be the cat's meo Lot of law enforcement carried those as a last ditch effort, including me, for 31yrs although I went from the .22lr to the .22mag later. Still put one in my right hip pocket behind my hankerchief every morning when I put on my pants. Old habits are hard to break.
It's not the gun, but the man behind it.

James,
Quite the enabler you are ;^) I suspected there might be more than a few in the hands of members here. I have not priced them in quite some time. The last time I looked at them at a gun show (many many moons ago) they seemd kinda high. But I know better now, owning a FA revolver.
Thanks for the picture,

hey james....what are one of those(FA model) worth in 22lr?....just for hind sight reference. KYODE, I've seen them go from $200-$450 on GB. Just depends on condition and such.
It takes 43 muscles to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger squeeze.

Kyode,The FA`s mini 22`s were disconntinued early 1989 and the last mfg.`s sug. retail for the 22lr version was $153. Kral`s price range sounds right on the money for a used one in good condition...

I've used one of those many times, but without a laser and with a larger grip. Quart oil jugs at 25 yards were no problem. I would highly suggest you look into an aftermarket grip.
