Craig, there are some on there for $1200 and $1400 bucks for the 44mag version. They have the case, paperwork, everything! I did see the ones you are talking about at $2500 and above, but that is certainly the upper end of the price range. I just looked at the exact gun I have, and the price was at $1525 for 6"f 45 colt. There are some that pop up on there for $1200 and $1400 now and then also.
