I would leave the Linebaugh out except for nostalgia because of component issues. The 475/480 probably has the largest availability of components with the JRH next. As for finish there are a couple ways to go, you can get a special solution to go in caustic bluing to blue SS. I haven't tried it so I don't know how it looks. The other is a bake on coating and after trying several types the Cerakote tops the list for me.
