I, also, have owned his book and bought one of his shoulder holsters and some of his tools from him(I think the hollow pointer is still in my sock drawer?) I've talked with him at length on the phone. Very interesting man. His son frequents Graybeards Outdoors forum on occasion. From hunting with the Harvey Kay Chuck to mounting scopes on handguns(long before they were drilled and tapped at factory), he truly was a pioneer in our sport.
