BUT...I swore I would NEVER use a 2X Leupold again..and I haven't. My eyes were watering by the time I finished pulling the trigger that evening..hahaha
There's a Nikon 2 power scope sitting in the gun safe that got replaced early on. I thought a 2X magnification was all I needed, until I set the target out at 50 yards. Freedom, if you can shoot that well at 100 yards with a 2X scope, you are a much better shot than I am.
