I had a great day! I tagged a large spike buck (no pics) around 10 am this morning. The shot was taken at 70 yds. using my 7.5" Super Redhawk 454, 2X Burris,300 gr XTP,30.5gr H110.
This was my 3rd deer with a handgun both of the others were with my Super Blackhawk 44 and 6 or 7 years ago.
I am itching to have another T/C product.I sold my father in law my Contender in 22 Hornet.I guess I just could not stand the way it shot groups as small as 3/8" at 100 yds.
I am planning on on a 280AI Encore already have the brass and scope- Loopy 2-8
Thanks for listening to my rambles Joe Olin

Sorry guys but the only thing I can show pictures of are a bunch of packages of Tenderloin, roasts, and burger.I am bad about not taking pics.I will try to do better.
By the way I have read all the posts as far as #65. I can't believe how well you play together. It seems like all the other sites I have seen people are always flaming each other.
I grew up with Heroes named Milek,Weishun,Swigget, and Wootters. As well as Keith ,Skeeter, and Jordan.
Happy to have met you all. Joe

When you have the same heroes, interests, and ideals it's easy to get along.
BTW, the 9.5in SRH 44mag I once owned (1st in East TN) was probably the most accurate 44 I've ever shot. It was just toooo big (says the man with a Super 14 scoped 30-30 Contender).

OK, no pics of the deer, but you could post a pic of the gun. We all like pics. Yes this is an awesome site. Everybody gets along excellent here. Lots of knowledge and everybody is willing to help each other. You have a great list of heroes.
