Funny you mentioned open sights again...Yesterday after getting all the steel set-up for WY-SHOT, the folks that helped were all playing on steel and some unsuspecting prairie dogs.
Anyway, we had several guys shooting their carry guns, one of which was a Glock 19, trying to hit a 5" piece of steel at 103 yards. There was a lot of shooting going on, but the steel was kind of amused by the whole event.
I was teasing both shooters, until one handed me his handgun. From the double kneeling position, I smacked the steel on the 3rd shot. I quickly handed the Glock back to it's owner!!!
No sense trying anymore after that
