Same story last year. Would have been dead with the first shot but I kept shooting until it was down. Recovered bullets were found under the hide on the off side. Just because I shot it so many times does not mean it took that many to put it down. We don't fire a shot and wait for that shot to take effect. We push them so we can put as many bullets into them as possible. Again, we're testing bullets and you learn a lot more from 12 or more than you do one or two.
