Looks interesting. Why did they pull the bullets from factory ammo? Many reasons. Certain lots failed to pass QC standards. Recalled ammunition for various reasons. Returned goods which most manufacturers will not resell for product liability reasons. Military does the same thing. "Pulls" of military bullets and brass are periodically available in certain calibers. All equates to good deals for the reloading community.
