Hey Ernie, what's the secret to using a high powered rifle scope on an Encore or a Striker in 7-08 or 308? I have a Leupold 6x-18x Target AO that I want to use but it seems so darn close to my eye. I can get behind it a look through it from what I thnk is a safe distance, but the filed of vision isn't more than a dime sized hole. I read once a long time ago in the Sixgunner that SSK knows how to change the eye relief on the big rifle scopes. Ever hear about that? I have a bunch of Simmons, Redfield and Bausch and Lomb big vairables with Target knobs and AO and I'd like to use them.
