Texas tahr

Texas tahr - 09/29/2019 10:20 PM

I have no idea of how many handgun hunters have taken tahr in New Zealand but I do know that is no longer possible. With that in mind it was an easy choice of what game to take while hunting in Texas.
Used my ever faithful FA`s 454. That handgun has taken its share..
PS- this was on one of SCI sponsored handgun hunts at the old YO.. I don`t know how good those horn`s are size wise but he lives on in my reload room......

LH, All the meat from the game taken on those hunts was donated and I believe it went to the Salvation Army for distribution....
