375 Win non-lead bullet - 10/29/2019 4:17 AM

So my hunting handguns include a 357 mag, 30/30AI, 445 super mag and a 375 Win. Here in stupid Calif. I have to use non lead bullets. So far, I have found good bullets for everything except the 375 Win. Any suggestions?

LeHigh Defense offers there controlled fracturing in .375 in 175gr and 185gr. No personal experience but I?ve read good things.

Also, 250 gr. Lehigh fracturing. Performing better than Xs in deer, bear.

Of the non-lead bullets offered by Midway, most are Barnes. My muzzle velocity is barely above the speed needed to expand. They are unfortunately out. Seems the main opinion is that I should try the Lehigh fracturing bullets. I'll try some and do some expansion tests at my velocity and see how they do. Thanks for the help.

I have looked at Maker bullets before but never used any nor talked to anyone who has.

Not sure if it will expand at your speed but hornady makes a GMX 250gr .375

Abner, did you get a chance to get any lehigh bullets yet? i am also shooting a 375 win and looking for an alternative bullet for elk hunting. i am thinking the 250grn recommended by wvhitman.i am currently shooting sierra 200 grn'ers but thought alittle more weight would be good
