WHY WAS THIS WEBSITE DOWN FOR SEVERAL DAYS?

The hosting service seemed to have had a problem with its database on the server. I?ve been back and forth with them constantly since Tuesday to try to get it fixed.

And what made it more difficult is that the hosting service no longer taking calls because all of the employees are working from home due to COVID. If you have ever had to deal with an issue through customer service, you know calling is generally the fastest way to get things resolved.
