Burris handgun scope posi-lock.

I just bought a new to me Burris handgun scope with the posi-lock knob. I can't find, even thru Burris, instructions on how it works. Do I turn it clockwise until it gets tight and stops, or what? Thanks.

Back out the screw to the left to allow for scope adjustments. Once the scope is dialed in, turn the Posi-lock screw to the right until it is just snug. This is supposed to prevent the scope from moving during recoil.
