My girlfriend and I (we were together almost 3 years) split up last weekend and she moved out... So with her out it looks like Im going to be getting my Premier Grade .454 Casull Freedom Arms, sooner than I thought with no bickering about getting another gun \:D cant wait, also looks like I might be going to Colorado next year for my first Elk hunt with my dad. And hes not leaving state this year to go to Colorado, Montana or Idaho, so it looks like well be going after some Bucks and a Bear this season. Im excited, Just need to keep saving...

So any of you boys excited about this up and coming season? what are going after? plans on purchasing any new toys???

just want to hear form everybody, see whats going on with all you great people.

Take Care.

Revolver, And you were worried about not getting a new FA`s
handgun. All good things come in time....I may pick up one of those fancy single shot handguns by the name of Encore.

I'm at a loss, I don't know whether condolences or congratulations are in order. I'm waiting for things to thaw out up here so I can start chasing bears, I also have a cougar and turkey tag but I normally don't mess with targeting turkeys. I'll probably hang out close to home this fall with gas prices and all my medical garbage. I don't have any plans for any new toys, just stocking up on reloading stuff before the prices go out of sight or someone manages to pass a stupid piece of legislation.

I'm pretty in the same place as Rod (except the medical part).
Black bear & moose locally.

I hope to be in good enough health(bad Back) to hunt Bear, Elk, Deer,Cougar,Hog, Badger,Coyote, and Sagerats. But we will see. It will all be within 3 hours of home. Most of it is with in 100 miles. I just have to have someone pack them upto the Jeep for me.

Do you mean wench or winch?

Rupe, just be honest, you are willing to hunt anything that comes out in front of you!?!

Don't under estimate the value of a good wench.

Local for me. 19 days in my trailer, smackdab in the middle of the woods.
I will be hunting with a handgun for the first time ever. I am going for deer and bear.

I asked my wife for another combo elk/deer hunt in Montana this year, she gave me a flat out NO!! It's all good. She supports me in pretty much all I do. Revolver, rember " He who finds a wife finds a GOOD THANG"
