i am new here and wanting a little advice. have handgun hunted with t/c's in the past and shooting a super redhawk right now in 44 mag- purchased a 460 smith to shoot long range deer with. does anyone know of a bullet mould manufacturer that already makes a barnes type mould for the 460. I have located a source to make one but it would be easier to purchase an already tried and true product. any help would be appreciated.

Well, you have me there. I am not sure but I would think that there are more than just a few here that might know that answer. Best of luck!

http://www.ranchdogmolds.com/ seems to have a good following. I don't personally have one of his molds as I don't cast my own.

thanks for the site, it seems that it is intended for flat nosed bullets for lever guns- working with steve brooks to make a mould for the spire point bullets simular to the bergers that have such a flat trajectory

Steve Brooks is a great mold maker, and I know you will be coming up with a great bullet design there.
