Hunting report 7-16-09

Went out after work saw 2 groundhogs, I missed the first one three times before I got it on the fourth. It was a little one had not been shot at before. Head shot at 175 yards. At this rate with these misses I'll never catch Tigger I didn't get a chance at the second one two bucks came into the field were it came out and it ran back before I could get a shot. I was hunting in a alfalfa field that was cut last Sunday. Beans are starting to come up in the fields that were planted a couple of weeks ago. Maybe there is hope yet for me to catch Tig?
