I tried to eat a big boar once. Cooked him while camping. Couldn?t even take a bite. Was like cooking a skunk. 😒

Yes I have. It's all in the field care. Mostly I let some 'locals' take them and make tamales or carne asada out of them.

But mercy do they staaaaank.

They way they are cleaned and how fast you can cool the pig meat makes the difference in the taste.
