that is a pistol version of their matched set rifles. I had one in a youth model for my daughter with a 20ga, 22LR, and 243 barrel. The rifle was actually very accurate considering I paid 180.00 for it new about back in 04/05. The only thing I didn't like was the position of the safety but it might not be too bad in the pistol format for a right handed shooter. The workmanship of the gun was far short of T/C where fit and finish was concerned but I never had any function problems with it and I sold it to another member after my daughter out grew it. I'd like to see Ruger build one on a #1 action, it could handled any cartridge you wanted although they would have to come up with a switch barrel system unless they just did like Remington, Savage and Weatherby and make it a fixed barrel system which would lower the cost.

How is the trigger, Rod? I was thinking of getting a 22" 20 gauge barrel and making a MN legal turkey pistol. That is assuming that the receiver is the same on the pistol as well as long guns.

the trigger was fair, I never tried messing with it but my daughter shot it well out of the box and it didn't feel too bad to me.
