so I'm shooting some LBT WFN-PB bullets and they have the blue lube in the double groove. out of the 100 bullets so far I have 10 that don't have lube all the way around. can I fill in the gaps with bee's wax? should I worry about it?

I ended up with 16 out of 100 without lube all the way around, some even have 1/4 gaps. is that normal? I just stripped the lube of a few and put it on the others. If this is normal I will need to buy/make some to fix this.

I personally wouldn't let it concern me. A few here ant there will probably be normal with any manufacture due to packaging and shipment. I would think one shot every so often would cause leading; especially if you've shot lubed bullets prior. There should still be lube remains in the barrel.
(I will emphasise that I'm not a cast bullet expert.)
Heat your sizer up with a hair dryer, the blue stuff is pretty hard.

what sizer?
I miss Read, just shoot them, no big deal!

In theory, it'll all liquefy by the time it comes out the end of your barrel anyway so it'll flow around. Just shoot them and it'll all work out in the end.
When you get to casting the lubes will be a plenty so just play around and find what will work for you.

If you do enough reading about cast bullets, you will run across the theory that most bullet casters use too much lube by completely filling the lube grooves.

I like too much lube, Thank You. When I buy or design a bullet a Big Generous Lube Groove is high on my list.
But as was stated above missing a small amount of lube in a short barrel handgun is not a big deal at all. Loadum and shootum
Now if you were a bullet caster you would have some White Label Carnuba Red in the shop to touch them up.
