Christmas present - 12/22/2015 6:44 PM

UPS just handed me my Ruger 6" Bisley that was worked on by Reeder Gun`s. The invoice states the following: 11 degree forcing cone/ inverted crown - action job - barrel band - replaceable front sight - remove engraving and clean up cyl. - satin finsh - high polish hammer, trigger, screw heads, etc. A job well done.....

This seems like an optical illusion, but is that barrel longer than 5 1/2-inches? Typically the band will butt-up to the end of the ERH.

Cool, James!

This is what I'm talking about. Sorry about the picture quality and orientation, but you will see what I'm talking about.

Ok,,,, Merry Christmas ! Now does it shoot? and what caliber ? One of the new 454 or 480s? And pray tell what prey will be sought with this? You do know that hogs are shuddering as we speak?

Great gun and fine Christmas present to oneself. What does an upgrade like that cost?

Definitely a beautiful firearm. One that any member here would be proud of. You may just cause some of us to spend money too.

And I thought my Rock Stock one was a Thing of Beauty. That is one nice revolver. I have my 200 rounds of new Starline on hand. I plan to pick up 300 more. My dealer with cheaper prices sold out before deer season. I will have to wait for them to restock.
I need a bullet mold for mine.
What are your plans for a Bullet for it?

I sure would like to come up with a Fiber Optic Front Sight for mine.

GREAT looking Revolver.
