Is there any hope for 500 JRH ammunition from other ammo makers like Hornady?

The only thing good that could come of that would be another source of brass - that is unless Hornady starts using bullets from other manufacturers- LOL!

I know Buffalo Bore isn?t cheap but it?s really high quality stuff. Handloading is clearly the solution.

Haha on the bullet comment. They'd need to use someone else's brass too...

Hahahahaha! I think the quality of their brass varies. They did some small run of really eclectic rounds like the .475 Maximum and the .500 Maximum and it's really good brass.

I think I would be just as happy if Starline would make 500 JRH a production item.

I wonder if BB has some kind of agreement with Starline to hold production of the 500 JRH loading until they have sold out of their inventory.

DON'T WANT TO MAKE ANYBODY JEALOUS, BUT AS PART OF A RECENT BFR BUY I WAS ABLE TO BUY 372 NEW STARLINE 500 JRH CASES @ 70 CENTS EACH, ABOUT 1/2 PRICE OF WHAT BB WANTS.
