What weight/brand of bullets would the group recommend for a CVA Scout Pistol with 1-10 twist? Please specify if you use them for deer or varmints?

I have a 1:10 6mm AI Encore, very similar to yours. It shoots 70 gr. BTs, 85 gr. NPTs, and 90 gr. ABs very well and all of them group in to 1 -1 1/2" at 100.
I use the 70s for varmints. Did a rockchuck at 412 in ID this year. I've done deer at 400 with the NPT.
Just killed a doe yesterday with the 85 NPT at 226 yds. High shoulder dropped her.

I run the 85gr Sierra HPBT-GameKings out of my 1-10T .243 Win CVA Scout Pistol. Groups are excellent with that bullet in every gun I?ve used it in as well as its terminal performance on deer and pigs.

Speer 85 works good in my CVA.

I had an Encore barrel that was similar to the Scout. The 85 grain Hornady Interbonds shot pretty well. I never used them on game, though.
