SO I headed to the range yesterday with the .260 Encore and the rescue .357 Blackhawk for some 100 yard work. I was checking the sight in on the .260 and seeing what the .357 would do at 100 yards. I already know the encore shoots .25" groups. I shot 3 times and it was nearly an inch. I kept thinking my sight picture was blurry. With the 2X scope on the .357 it was even worse. I was thinking boy the sight picture was blurry. It was then I realized that I picked up a pair of 15 year old glasses when I left the house. The .357 even with distorted vision managed a 3" 100 yard group.

I am still lucky enough that I just need the glasses to make scope adjustments. I can still see through the scope just fine without glasses.

I was doing a little sight in myself today in the rain shooting the 7.62x54R with Hornady 160 FTX bullets. The covered shooting line is really nice on a rainy day.
