Has anyone ever used a tripod shooting stick that holds their pistol when not in use? I seen somewhere ( I cant remember) they were hunting varmits with rifles and they were using tripod stands that held their rifles even when not in use.

I see caldwell has a nice looking one out now that looks like it could made to work also

Bog-Pod now makes their PSR (Precision Shooting Rest), which may be what you're looking for. Their Xtreme Shooting Rest attachment cradles the rifle completely...I have bought the PSR for my Bog-Pod, but I haven't played with it yet - I had it today at the range and didn't break it out

I looked at the bog pod and its sweet just what the Dr. ordered! I have a camera tripod pod contraption but I see Bog Pods attachmnet wont fit it
