ok well i have weigand combat scope mounts and i did what the directions said to put lok tite on the screws well after i shoot about 6 times the mounts come loose any suggestions?

its a ruger gp 100 and the no drill no tap mounts

Are the rings loosening on the base or is the base loosening on the gun? Or, all of the above?
