Bud's Gun Shop seems to get $823 for all their BFRs. Whether that's retail or not I don't know & don't know if they have 460s.

Check Gunbroker.com , if they have one you can see the rating of the dealer. I can check prices for you but I'm classified as a Manufacturer and not a regular dealer and since I don't deal in volume I don't always get the best prices.

Scratch that, I can't match the price Vance listed and I checked gunbroker and there are a ton of 50AE's and bunch of 500S&W's and a few other calibers such as the 45, 475, 45-70 and 450 Marlin.

Go here and subscribe to their newsletter, even download their catalog. They've had a bunch of BFR's on clearance in the $500 range over the years but they go fast so you gotta get on their mailing list. http://www.cdnninvestments.com/
Rod, too.

I don't know if you'd want it since you are talking about a .460, but I know where a barely fired 10" .500 s&w BFR is for $700 firm. It's nice and looks to be built right.

Thanks guys. Since I posted this thread, I have decided to go with the Smith and Wesson 460 instead of the BFR.
Thanks for the info though
