i just read that in 2012 you will be able to use a centerfire handgun during the missouri blackpowder season. thought i would pass this on.

I have land in southwest missouri and may put together a pistol only hunt next year during this season.

I might be interested in such a hunt ahandgunner

Edited my post....this is TRUE! Effective next year those of us that hunt the "Show Me" state will indeed be allowed to use center fire handguns during the December muzzle loader season. Here is the response I got from a friend of mine that works for MDC.

"It's true but no need to assult any rocks this year. It won't go into
effect til next season!"
