I played with that question early on and then found out the hard way that for a bit more accuracy gained by neck sizing, it isn't worth it when the gun closes but won't go bang, in the hunting field.
Yes, it is a good idea to check each individual round in the gun as Bearbait mentions, even if full length resized.
I don't give it a second thought anymore; after developing the right load, I FLR, as KYODE explains, and then check 'em and then I know for sure that when the sight is on the shoulder of that animal and the trigger is pulled, the gun will go bang, and the "accuracy compromise" is not an issue as to what I demand for hunting accuracy.
