Trying to screw around at the longer ranges with these little 22's. Any comments on this model? I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on one today actually. Figured for the std. handheld SA's that this might be the best for the $...?
I have one of the shorter versions an it shoots very well. It won't cycle the subsonic rounds without the suppressor on it, but really likes the Velocitor rounds. I have looked into the longer barrel, but then it might look more like a rifle by the time I put the suppressor on it.
Good luck and I think you'll like it.

Ive been using my wifes, my daughter got my mark III hunter. Good little gun, acurate and light to carry. Will let you know when it's time for a cleaning though. Just bought the S&W 22a, good gun for almost half the price of the Buckmark.
heres mine with a 14" barrel and forend-I just had a standard buckmark and ordered the barrel and forend from browning. It has a 6x rifle scope in pic but now wears a 3-9x rifle scope. Its awesome. This past season I shot a grey squirrel at 100yds offhand. great carrying and shooting. My sole purpose is squirrel hunting and it is the ultimate for that in my opinion.
