I have tried them in a revolver. While they were great in my rifle there was really no difference between them and the xtp for me......so far. I will be trying them in a contander very soon.

From my experience don't use the FTX unless your just punching paper, especially with the 45 caliber bullets. If your going out for game stick to the XTP or other good hollow point/soft points.

HOWEVER, you also have to remember the platform for which the cartridge and bullet is being utilized… EG, the 200 FTX was designed with the 460 in mind, the S&W 460 that is. In my 17in 460 Encore, I am trying out the 250 FTX’s made for the Brushmasters….
