I have a Ruger super blackhawk and I have huge hands anyone have any recomendations on grips for big hands? Pictures would be great, looks not important. I have a set if hogue rubber grips in it now they are ugly but are better for my hands size wise. If I could find some that had more fill for the back strap it would uncramp my finger on the trigger.

Also I just bought a 41 mag square but N frame for my wife and she likes the stock grips, I think she could shoot it better if we sould find her some small grips.

I have fairly large hands and the standard grip beats my hands up as well, One reason I was not a fan of single actions. May consider changing the grip to a bisley or one of Jack Huntington's Bisley conversions with custom grips.

Whitworth has this grip, He has more information than I,

I am still learning too...lol

I checked the hogue sight, the grips look great, and those were the ones I had looked at the hardest. The pictures are of a doubble action revolver even though it says single action. I sent hogue an e mail and they never answered, or sent a picture. I would love to see a picture of some of the grips on a super blackhawk.

I got the "Camo Lamo" color, but I've sanded the grip way down, to fit my hand, as they were quite a handful when new. The pic of my gun is post #10 on that page.

May end up with the excaliber oersize finger groove. They look the bigest of all I have looked at. They even have a spot for your whole pinky. I'm thinking this would keep the rear corner of the grip frame out of the palm of my hand.
I may have to grip a bisley frame the next time I'm in a gun shop that has one. I never liked the way they looked but I'm finding I like to shoot more than I like to look cool anymore.
