I am so happy with Ruger's customer service. I had a SRH that I had to send in for repair. I sent the gun in Weds, They received it Thurs. On Fri. afternoon, I received a call from Sandy a Ruger Tech. She wanted to verify the issue I was having. Sandy told me that the cylinder would probably be replaced, test fired and probably be on it's way back by the middle of next week....
Now earlier this summer I had to send back a barrel to Thompson Center. After waiting Two Months, I called TC, and couldn't get any information besides that the barrel was received..
It took Three Months to get the barrel back, including repeated calls to TC.
I don't know how TC's customer service was before Smith & Wesson bought them, But their customer service really STINKS now.
All I can say is. Ruger has my business now, after the way they handled my issue...
